Electrical works
Electrical work in Singapore is scoped by two things: the operating voltage of the installation, and its approved load. Together they set which class of Licensed Electrical Worker can lawfully take responsibility for the job — which means "can you do this?" is a licensing question before it is a technical one.
Design & build
Installation designed and built to the approved load and operating voltage of the premises, with the responsible Licensed Electrical Worker identified before work starts rather than found afterwards.
Testing & commissioning
Insulation resistance, earth continuity, polarity, loop impedance and RCD performance — measured, recorded and handed over as data you can compare against at the next inspection.
Maintenance & servicing
Scheduled inspection of boards, protective devices and terminations, with thermographic checks where load or criticality justifies it. Findings ranked by consequence, not listed flat.
Upgrading & retrofit
Board replacements, capacity upgrades, protective device coordination and rewiring where a building's use or load has moved beyond what the original installation was designed for.
